Payment is due at the time of service. We accept some commercial insurance and are out of network with others. Our office will assist you with benefit determination, the need for a doctors’ prescription, and pre-authorization if needed. Many insurance companies allow a predetermined amount of Physical Therapy without a physician’s referral, please check your policy or call our office for assistance.

If you are in network, as a courtesy we will bill your insurance company for our services. Please read and understand your policy for your insurance benefit, as you are ultimately responsible for payment of our services. If you are out of network we expect payment at the time of service and we will provide you with a Superbill you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement to you

Colorado is a Direct Access Physical Therapy sate. This means a physicians prescription is not required for you to attend Physical Therapy. If you are utilizing us through your insurance, your insurance carrier may require one.

We offer a self-pay Optimal Wellness program that allows us to work directly with you without the restrictions of your insurance company. We can address any body region on any visit without your insurance company limiting your care. Isn’t that how we all want to be treated?
